Living Area - Showcasing a seaside theme throughout, two large leather sofas placed for you still to be able to enjoy the wonderful view of Wells-Next-The-Sea. Large LED SMART T.V with sound bar and apps enabling you to use the Spotify and Netflix accounts.

Dinning area and Kitchen - Sitting under a glazed lantern roof, in front of bi-folding doors leading out to a decked balcony with seating area, giving you 180 degree views across Wells channel. The modern kitchen benefits from a very well equipped units, gas oven and hob, microwave, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.

Bedrooms - Following with the beach theme, the master bedroom continues to highlight the love for being right by the sea, including oak framed bed and dressing table, along with built in storage, giving you a ‘home’ for everything you bring. Each apartment includes a hair dryer for customer use. The second bedroom benefits from a zip and link bed offering a double size or two single beds. (Please inform us when booking if you wish for the bed to be two singles to allow us time to dress the room.)

Bathrooms - A real plus for this apartment is the modern family bathroom featuring LED bath panel lighting, Jacuzzi bath with built in Sonos speaker and large double shower and complimentary toiletries.

Parking - You will be allocated a parking pass which allows you to park in any North Norfolk District Council owned car park - less than a 5 minute walk from the apartments.
